• Focus: Education Technology and Digital Documentation • Maintains a portfolio of school projects requiring on-site leadership through facilitation of strategy meetings, grant writing sessions and professional development for all stakeholders. • Mentors and coaches teaching artists and creatives by a process of direct observation and feedback to deepen curriculum and teaching approaches for English Language Learners, Special Needs and classroom management. • Consultant on technology use and implementation across the organization, managing $100,000 worth of digital technology and training coworkers. • Digital DELLTA: Develops “Digital Learning and Developing English Language Literacy Through the Arts” program for Middle School English Language Learners for increased language acquisition, express themselves in an artform and gain technology experience. • Research: Learns to build better learning tools such as digital worksheets, portfolio templates and curriculum designs that integrate technology by gathering data and information from direct observation of programs and reading papers on how we learn to synthesis, iterate and conduct usability tests in the field. • Videography: Identifies special learning moments for the videography team to capture in a teaching artist’s curriculum for review and documentation of programs.
