PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

• Serve as the PMO lead during the digitization and creation of a new online account opening platform for the retail division of a Fortune 500 corporation and drive the project reporting with a team of 30+ members and over 10+ workstreams. • Coordinate and design program and project level status reports to provide client leadership direct insight into the performance, overall status, and release plan of each workstream. • Build excel automated trackers from agile tools to quickly identify the progress and development of user stories in the product backlog at a given point in time. • Create pilot testing metrics for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to help stakeholders define and measure progress toward project goals and evaluate success. • Create reporting packages that measure KPI’s on program success, allowing client leadership to focus on key enhancements and foot-print expansion driven by real customer data and drop off points. • Serve as a supporting business analyst by writing functional user stories and requirements for customer facing applications, decision management strategies, and supporting back-office platforms for small business financial products. • Support the mobilization and operation of the Client Experience Programs Project Management Office (CX PMO) and provide strategic program management across 42 projects at a large wealth management firm with revenue over $8 billion.
