In charge of managing full band away trip, setting up the field for practice, uniform logistics - Uniform Manager: Responsible for the assignment, maintenance, and collection of all uniforms, maintenance of locker rooms, merchandise organization and distribution - Reorganized uniform room, expediting fitting and repair processes - Created and executed in-depth training session for uniform assistants - Audio Video Manager: Film band related events, recording rehearsals/ audio content. Manage AV equipment, edit recorded content, organize camera crew for fall football games
