• Provide account services to customers including but not limited to: • o Deposits/ Withdrawals • o Payments (Mortgage, Credit Card, Car Loans, etc.) • o Cashing Checks • o Cashier’s checks/ Money orders • Stage coach and night drop deposits transactions • Balance cash and foreign currency daily • Take care of the customers every need precisely • Inquire about products/ services that can be offered to help the customer (i.e. direct deposit, customizing debit cards, etc.) • Follow all dual-control functions and comply with bank operations and security procedures • Keep all customer information confidential • Buy and sell cash from the vault as needed to maintain limits • Service ATMs and add cash weekly
