The primary role involved organizing, cleaning, and gaining insights from data collected from multiple customer consultations. The data I worked with was used to identify recurring trends and fail points of consumer electronic products. I was responsible for using this data to identify then how we could implement strategies to eliminate or reduce bottlenecks and technical issues experienced by customers.
