- Shipped 10+ projects for Flipkart, India’s #1 e-commerce mobile app & website with 100 million+ active users. - Collaborated with cross-functional teams and led projects in Flipkart Fintech, Personalization, Monetization, and Grocery charters. - Patent: Developed a unique design idea for selling beauty products using AI & AR. Collaborated with Flipkart legal team to write & file a patent. Project - Revamping EMI payments: - Led end-to-end redesign for EMI payments and designs for introducing EMI with downpayment. - AB of the phase 1 release showed an increase in conversion through EMI by 3% and saw the EMI adoption increase from 8.8% to 11.6%. Project - Gamifying basket building in the Grocery marketplace: - Revamped the 'offer strip' into a gamified feature that progresses as the user adds products, and celebrates upon reaching a goal. - AB metrics of the visual revamp showed a 1.4% increase in GMV & 1.1% rise in conversion. Cart strip displayed a 0.4% increase in GMV and raised average order value by ₹7. They are now live.
