• Developed a Machine Learning Ensemble model combining discriminative and generative classifiers to determine ticket cancellation probability and provide personalized travel insurance recommendations to passengers. Using approaches such as Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, and Random Forest, a recall rate of 0.8 was attained. Additionally, a CI/CD Jenkins pipeline was used in tandem with Kafka to publish real-time results. • Headed the development of a microservice for the Etihad Airways using Spring Boot Framework and Maven as a Build Automation Tool; developed the API using Swagger Framework; deployed the service using AWS and maximized airline loyalty benefits to the customers. • Analyzed the system and solutioned its performance optimization; improved the software design, created mappers, reduced redundancy, ensured scalability of code and enabled a reduction in the response time by 50%. • Upgraded the media storage repositories, which served as the primary source of visual information for the websites of major hotel chains such as the Wyndham group, by integrating the service with GCP FUSE and enabling its execution via the Google Cloud Platform. • Resolved 15 high priority defects and 37 JIRA defects; used the frameworks Spring MVC, Spring Boot and SQL.
