- 05/2022 - Deliver play and sensory stimulation to campers with disabilities through various recreational activities - Providing loving leadership, guidance, and instruction to children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental - Supporting IEP/IPP (Individualized Education/Program Plan) goals and providing opportunities for participants to develop - Prepare to deliver services by consulting with Supervisor, gathering materials, reviewing participant files, and arriving on - Review and adhere to participant-specific instructions as outlined by family, case manager, and/or other caregivers - Manage challenging behaviors to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants and staff - Assist participants with self-help skills (feeding, toileting, dressing, etc.) and overall safety support - Serve participants by providing the highest level of care, respect, compassion, and customer service
