- Provide administrative support to the Store Manager and ensure exceptional customer service for clients
- Liaise with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and responding to inquiries
- Manage calendars
- Plan and execute client-facing events for the store, ensuring success and promoting the brand
- Assist with recruitment efforts
- Train and mentor all Sales Associates, ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures
- Organize and facilitate weekly team meetings
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, selling $1M of merchandise in nine months
