Yokogawa Corporation of America is one of the top companies in the market of flow meters, data acquisition instruments and solution-based software. I worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern in Sales Support Department. The followings were my responsibilities: • Drove strategy to improve processes and end to end customer experiences using cloud-based Microsoft CRM and Mitel services • Automated daily and monthly performance reports that reduced the report-processing time from 327 seconds to 24 seconds using VBA and Macros in Microsoft Excel • Learned the process of manufacturing various types and sizes of flow meters in the factory and developed a tool that updates and validates the ledge daily for the managers • Created a sales-performance report which includes '<25K Sales Potential', '>25K Sales Potential', and 'Active Cases', using CRM and Mitel
