• Objective: Worked in the international supply chain team for optimizing sea freight operations by analyzing Shipping data to leverage performance of different KPIs along the SCOR model. Updated and automated the reporting system thus decreasing the manual time spent on it by 50% and increasing the accuracy to 98%. • Data Modeling: Implemented ETL procedures in coordination with the enterprise data by performing complex SQL queries to load the data on business intelligence tools: SAP business Objects, Tableau. • Data Analysis: Attended to Ad-Hoc requests by quickly analyzing data on tools like Python, R, Excel and utilized statistical techniques to develop business cases, analyze business metrics and influence decision making. • Data Visualization: Developed and published interactive data dashboards with Tableau in order to allow customers to quickly analyze data which improved co-ordination and customer satisfaction.
