Research on building and enhancing Deep Neural Networks in Machine Learning models for drug discovery in the field of Chemistry. The aim is to predict the protein-ligand interaction activity which identifies the chemical activity of compounds for drug discovery. Performing data pre-processing as the first step in my line of work. Then, working on building a deep neural network model with Sci-kit, TensorFlow and PyTorch libraries and enhancing the model's performance with hyper parameter tuning techniques like neural architecture search, Bayesian Optimization and Evolutionary Algorithm.
