• Provide sales team with quick technical references to help the team sell to end users and support distributors
• Write and publish papers on industry topics as they relate to Koehler products
• Articulate how Koehler technology and product features are beneficial to end users
• Research different markets for Koehler to expand its business into beyond petroleum and petrochemical testing
• Work closely with marketing to provide substantial content (such as technical articles and troubleshooting guides)
• Prepare instrument presentations and demonstrations for use in marketing to international distributors
• Design technical posters for various Koehler instruments for use at trade shows and courses
• Provide online training and demonstrations to customers and distributors as necessary to facilitate the purchase of Koehler products
• Other responsibilities as assigned
