● Developed a self-service tool using Java and the Coral framework for non-tech customers to manipulate product data, saving 15 weeks per year in manual data updates by tech teams, reducing developer effort by over 80%. ● Optimized DynamoDB schema to keep track of requester IDs and ticket IDs, increasing auditing efficiency by 95%. ● Formulated a series of rules for validating input across over 1,000 data elements to ensure data integrity, including validation on attribute formats for common or custom attributes, and validation on attributes immutability. ● Designed various dynamic error messages to each type of validation failure to enable users to self-resolve the errors. ● Implemented Smithy models, adapters, converters and APIs for API Gateway and the AWS Lambda backend service. ● Created List/Update/Details pages using Angular and Jasmine with sorting, filtering, limiting, and pagination features. ● Handled access control by implementing authentication with AWS CloudFront and authorization mechanisms with BRASS, limiting accessibility to designated internal users. ● Conducted unit tests with coverage of over 99% and implemented integration tests using Amazon’s internal framework. ● Configured pipelines and deployed the service to production using AWS CDK.
