• As a FOH worker, I am a cashier, food runner, and greeter. • As a cashier, I provide excellent customer service and advice to customers that are ordering. • As a food runner, I serve food with courtesy to customers and answer any questions the kitchen has. • As a greeter, I greet people at the front door and answer any questions they have about the menu. • Aside from my main duties, I clean and restock the restaurant, and perform closing duties.
