Responsible for overall recruiting strategy. Directing, motivating and developing staff, maximizing individual contributions, supporting professional growth and employee engagement. Implements new sourcing methods (e.g. campus recruiting, job fair, databases, social media recruiting, etc.) Executes campus recruitment best practices which support the organization's goals and direction Oversees the development, planning, delivery and enhance the skills and competencies of the team through collaborative leadership. Turns conflict into an opportunity to re-establish direction, open-communication and team spirit. Partners with VP, HRBP, and District Managers to successfully bridge targeted metrics and rapport. Searches for opportunities to be creative, grow and improve the business. Works in partnership with all Confie Brands when applicable to achieve or maintain a dominant position in the respective markets.
