- In my role as an Assistant Engineer at Baraka Patenga Power Ltd, I seamlessly blended engineering expertise with managerial responsibilities, overseeing and managing critical facets of a 3.3 MW Steam Turbine & Boiler system - 1. Coordinated Operation of Co-generation Plant - Safeguarding adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security policies, I instituted robust safety - 2. Managed Complex 20 T/H HRSG and 5 T/H Firetube Boiler - Monitoring operating parameters and addressing deviations as needed, I spearheaded the implementation of a proactive monitoring system, swiftly ensuring optimal performance. This initiative resulted in a remarkable 15 - 3. Spearheaded 8-Generator Setup - Driving operational excellence, I pioneered the development, tracking, and communication of Operational Key - Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involved implementing specific KPIs for each generator, closely monitoring and communicating performance metrics. The outcome was a notable 19% improvement in overall generator - 4. Power Plant Operations Management with SCADA, DCS, and HMI Expertise - Utilizing my expertise in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Human-Machine Interface (HMI), I optimized the use of these technologies in our operations. This process - 5. VFD Commissioning and Energy Optimization - Initiated commissioning Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to enhance energy efficiency within our power plant - Through meticulous analysis and collaboration with the maintenance team, I spearheaded the integration of VFDs, resulting in a significant 17% reduction in energy consumption. This initiative not only led to substantial
