• Build and nourish connections with the stakeholders and measure this through the quality of insurance systems delivered.
• Analyze and track statistics and metrics of insurance systems we deliver to determine improvements for healthcare networks and insurance policyholders.
• Collect documentation through a weekly analysis of business needs and management of reported issues and modification requests.
• Communicate the functional requirements efficiently to the development team to deliver on-site client training and support.
• Serve as liaison between development staff, user community, and stakeholders during development, testing, and implementation stages as well as for ongoing modifications.
• Take on on-site application deployments, test script development, and test script execution.
