- Supporting Senior Bankers (SB) & Vice President up to date on all developments (financial and otherwise) on the sector and the portfolio - Develop content and own the pitch book process in close coordination with product team - Provide and prepare briefing memorandums and public information books among client & internal meetings - Preparation of capital structure, TEV, pro-forma, share price performance analysis and other forms of analysis for overviews and idea - Participate in the preparation of credit request/applications and annual reviews: thorough review of credit file ensuring all limits - Monitored on a regular basis, client news/activities and internal CRM to ensure all revenues and credit metrics are appropriately - Coordinate, monitor and review KYC files prepared by KYC Support to FO and ensure accurate analysis of degree of exposure of the customer to Sanctions and Financial Security risks / triggers including relevant mitigating factors - Conduct extensive searches of available public sources and other resources available (Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, etc.) to extract and satisfy outstanding KYC requirements
