• • Manufactured and designed front & rear Anti-Roll Bars & front Bellcrank for Fall 2017. 53%, 33%, 14% lighter.
• • Designed reusable and adjustable control arm jig to improve the current design.
• • Costed the entire suspension subsystem to achieve an 18% cost reduction from B16, our 2016 racecar.
• • Analyzed IRT sensor mount for B17’s tires using Modal and Finite Element Analysis. Designed mount to be 8X stiffer.
