- My duties include answering and directing phone calls appropriately. I carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, typing, binding, scanning etc
- I organize and schedule appointments and meetings using Outlook and Xcel
- I assist in developing and maintaining contact lists, filing systems, and the preparation of scheduled
- I input customer information through the SalesForce database and the DEAR interface
- I make sure syncs are done properly so that information from SalesForce and DEAR can reflect QBO
- QuickBooks). I assist in the programming and setting up of the dental Xray sensors to be shipped out to the customer(s). I send out Proforma invoices for such products that the customer(s) orders
