Tyrese Gilbert

I started my first job at an after school program, where I learned to play the drums and taught younger kids how to play, the summer before high school to help support financially at home. I’ve been working with kids ever since at a few different places.

My main motivation and drive is the knowledge that I’m setting a precedent for those in my family that follow after me. I’m doing things that nobody in my family before me has done.
