Operations Manager

Manages the mission preparation and execution process for 120 military and civilian instructors across international training events in support of Army modernization efforts. Confirms all personnel are in compliance with the necessary training, security, and reporting standards used to ensure the completion of high-quality training events. Instructs personnel as needed to better align them with the aforementioned standards before sending them on training missions. ● Analyzes training data and student feedback from over 136 completed missions to implement positive changes to organizational procedures and increase overall training effectiveness. ● Taught 84 high-ranking defense officials on how to best use novel machine learning systems. ● Developed the present operations management process now used by multiple partner organizations. ● Oversees the allocation of $900K in organizational travel funds with no cost overrun. ● Provides quality control for all 22 mission inputs and outputs to maintain high training standards. ● Introduced new performance measurables within the operations workflow that have reduced input delinquencies by 80% and increased the first-time output completion success rate from 42% to 98%. ● Highly experienced with Adobe and Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) with additional experience using ArcGIS and other geospatial mapping tools. ● Planned and provided on-site logistics support to the world’s largest leadership assessment program consisting of 1,700 candidates across 3 months of continuous training.
