- Partner with business owners and directors to ensure HR systems align with corporate strategies and requirements
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Streamline HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Manage HRIS and other HR technologies, ensuring systems are updated, functional, and integrated with other departments
- Provide training and support on HR systems and tools, leveraging a ticketing system for employee assistance
- Generate and analyze HR reports to inform strategy and decision-making
- Conduct audits to ensure legal compliance and data accuracy
- Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and execute continuous process improvements
- Lead system updates, configuration projects, and testing of new releases and integrations
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders
