    • Research on architectural materials and technology, building greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumptions, urban energy systems, and renewable energy development for the cities (New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Singapore, London, Frankfurt, Sydney) involved in \Worldwide Lessons in Building Energy Efficiency\ report • Studied LEED rating systems for new buildings and existing buildings, and perform analysis of water usage intensities and energy use intensities for LEED certified buildings at New York City (in Excel) • Devised a methodology using Python to clean New York City’s Local Law (LL) 84 public benchmarking data, identify and code errors found within, and analyze the data to support the development of UGC's benchmarking website (www.metered.nyc). • Merge historical data into a single, large combined dataset (using Python & Excel) to identify trends in the LL84 data, and work on drafting the statistics summary and histogram interpretations of 2015 NYC LL84 Benchmarking Annual Report
