- System and assist employees with leave processes including
- FMLA/LOA, ADA and USERRA
- Administer bi-weekly benefits payroll, terminations and benefits enrollment
- Address employee inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and teams by maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Track benefit eligibility dates and notify employees of entitlement eligibility
- Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding their benefits
- Collaborate between benefit vendors and employees to ensure adherence to plan provisions and to resolve issues or to reconcile claim
- Assist employees in navigating online platforms and self-service tools for benefits enrollment and management
- Support benefit-related communication and annual open Enrollment events
