•Goal: To upgrade trading system to refine the internal and external trading efficiency of the banks •Product Analysis: Complied product requirement document (PRD) for a new internal CRM system of a traditional bank; Used MySQL and Excel to diagnose the business demand of the bank by selecting 300+ reported requirements from market survey •Liaison: Had weekly touch points with the bank stakeholders, sourced product ideas and gathered user feedback to construct the internal CRM system design •System Implementation: Designed 3 frameworks of real-time data dashboard including project management part of account managers, appointments management part of product manager and requirement management of corporate clients for the bank to monitor and download 60+ kinds of transaction data in the trading system. •Outcome: Led 1 monthly product iteration in system upgrading independently and accomplished 3 monthly iterations; Optimized 12 trading scenarios and reduced weekly manual work time by 28.4% per staff
