- Provides support to the HR Business Partners by performing complex administrative duties and preparation of all administrative projects
- Works independently, to prioritize work and map out timeline of various projects through completion
- Responsible for all aspect of office operations including preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and correspondence
- Develops and implements ERP user training (Workday & Kronos) to employees, specifically managers and directors
- Acts as frontline support to help employees resolve work related inquiries and issues
