    Worked in a team of three to disassemble the problem statement – appointment cancellation, design and conduct multiple methodologies to drive insights about cancellations in dentistry - What, Who, Why, When, How, so that chrisad can help their clients better address the issue. • Studied cancellations and solutions in the plastic surgery and mapped out patient journey; co-drafted a service industry study report. • Co-developed a cancellation survey and received 800+ responses on PollFish; used R to conduct chi-square tests, ANOVA, and build a logistics regression model predicting cancellations; used Tableau to conduct data visualizations; co-drafted a survey analysis report. • Used R to conduct a sentiment analysis of 40000+ Google Map reviews; reported Top 10 types of complaints and praises. • Co-developed interview guides and interviewed with two account managers; interviewed dental staff through personal networking. • Co-designed a new dental patient journey; made the final presentation to 40+ employees, including C-suit, account & sales teams, etc.

Fun Fact

My first internship, which I typically don't include in resume, was a camp counselor in a beautiful countryside in New York state. I was one of the only two Chinese counselors of over 50.
