- Proactively pitch top tier media across outlets focusing on feature stories & thought leadership, ideate on creative pitch angles and create
- Draft corporate messaging and pitch business executives to media for profiles & business trends pieces, in turn coaching them to land key messaging in interviews
- Create key assets for accounts including press releases, fact sheets, biographies, messaging, media alerts, agendas, influencer briefs, contracts, and recaps
- Coordinate, promote, and recap events, including celebrities, influencers, and top tier press, plan talent itineraries, organize run of shows and update
- Work with paid media teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to junior staff of daily workflow of accounts while driving consistent results
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and brand strategy
- Manage multiple clients while meeting various deadlines
