Front Desk/Gear Up Weight Room Assistant

- ARC Front Desk/Gear Up: The primary contact of the whole facility while delivering exceptional customer service and creating a significant recreation experience for all patrons - Responsible for monitoring building systems: including sound, security and lighting - Effectively communicated membership policies, answered inquiries, and resolved issues, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills - Coordinated equipment rental processes, ensuring efficient check-in/out procedures and inventory management - Utilized computer software and systems for membership management, transactions, and record-keeping - Weight Room Assistant: Maintain cleanliness and order in the weight room, creating a safe and inviting environment for users - Supervise the weight rooms to ensure that our members are safe, and provide good customer service to anyone who needs it - Collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the recreation center - Assists in training new staff members, contributing to a cohesive and knowledgeable team
