Indiana University of Pennsylvania, founded in 1875, is a public university located in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. It is home to over 12,400 undergraduate students and a campus consisting of old and new brick buildings. At the center of the campus is the historic Sutton Hall, where administrative functions are carried out. Of equal historic significance is the Breezedale Alumni Center, a Victorian-style mansion where the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice once lived. Students can participate in Greek life or one of the campuses’ many honor societies. Club sports are a hit among the Crimson Hawks, while they are just as excited about their NCAA Division II sports teams. Notable alumni include Indonesian celebrity chef Farah Quinn and actor Jimmy Stewart. IUP, a small school, offers a wide range of programs on a beautiful campus.
