Established in 1965, Tulsa Technology Center is the oldest and largest public career & technical college in Oklahoma’s Career Tech System. Tulsa Tech has several locations all over Tulsa Country - the Riverside Campus opened its doors in 1999, and is situated near the R. L. Jones Airport. The school offers career training programs, adult & career development courses, and continuing education, in the fields of Arts, A/V Technology & Communication, Health Science, IT, and Transportation, Distribution & Logistics. Tulsa Tech-Riverside is the hub of the Tulsa Aviation Education Alliance between Oklahoma State University, Tulsa Community College, and Tulsa Tech. With dynamic classrooms and laboratories, the programs offer more in-depth experience than those at most other aviation schools. Courses are being offered in four pragram areas at the moment, and some of them are open to secondary and high school students who wish to explore career options in the aviation industry. With about 800 students per year, those at Tulsa Tech-Riverside get all the gains of a fast track career oriented program.
