NYC based, contemporary fashion brand, MILLY, is looking for an un-paid part time e-commerce operations intern to join our team! We are looking for someone with a customer service or operations background who has a strong interest in retail and e-commerce.
You will assist the e-commerce team in customer service related tasks such as:
Escalated customer service communication
Order tracking and management
Digital marketing projects
The ability to flex and assist when necessary among the MILLY digital/e-commerce team.
Must be currently enrolled in school and eligible to receive school credit
Must have strong interpersonal skills, be extremely detail oriented, and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
