    Job Description - Fashion Assistant Intern

    ROMEO HUNTE is on the hunt, and we are looking for MORE - more operation solutions, more process improvements, and more opportunities for our growing team. Our Fashion Fashion Assistant Intern should be based in NEW YORK CITY. We are searching for bright, tenacious individuals with a love of fashion and an operational mindset. The ideal candidate can communicate and coordinate with other interns, help with emails, schedule appointments with stylists, editors, or any other necessary individuals and handle showroom responsibilities. Must have some knowledge of fashion and be able to take on various tasks in a high-pressure environment.

    INTERNSHIP IS UNPAID - SCHOOL CREDIT IS AVAILABLE. MUST HANDLE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WITH INTEGRITY

    Requirements: Knowledge of fashion brands and trends Experience with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite application platforms Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite Basic understanding of e-mailers and e-commerce Able to prioritize and manage tasks required by supervisors and assigned to you Possess a strong work ethic and multi-task personality Demonstrate interest and ability to work as part of a team Must be organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive Must own a laptop Must be able to commute to our Brooklyn office Be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work a minimum of three days a week Enrolled in an accredited degree program. If not currently enrolled in school, be seeking a long-term internship opportunity that provides hands-on experience.

    Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the Operation Manager with operational support such as scheduling, emails, follow-up, Calendar management, and any other necessary tasks Assist with scheduling, emails, follow-up, calendar management, and any other necessary tasks. Organize and help maintain all internal documents up to date Organize and keep track of files, garments, etc. Act as a liaison between other interns and other departments of the company Help out in other areas when needed Be the Assistant to the Design Director Knowledge of fashion brands and trends Communicate with and outreach to stylists, editors Product inventory and organization Onboard vendors, collect necessary paperwork, and manage change requests for accounts payable and buying Troubleshoot issues and ensure consistency among all data sources between merchants, vendors, operations, and inventory management systems Help out in other areas when needed Organize and help maintain all internal documents, ensure they are up to date Act as a liaison between other interns and other departments of the company

    UNPAID INTERNSHIPS ARE FOUR TO 12 MONTHS. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE INTERNSHIP.

    • Must be at least 18 years of age

    • Good hand sketching skills , flats and digital sketch
    • Computer skills like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, tech packs, Microsoft Office,
