    Corporate Audit Analyst Program Overview:

    The Corporate Audit Analyst Program will introduce you to Bank of America and the Corporate Audit department. Corporate Audit is responsible for providing an independent assessment of whether controlling processes within Bank of America are adequately designed and functioning effectively to mitigate potential risks.

    Corporate Audit is a global team responsible for providing independent assessments of business activities across Bank of America.

    The mission of Corporate Audit is to effectively and efficiently support the company’s risk governance framework by determining whether controlling processes and controls over strategic, credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance and reputational risks are adequately designed and functioning effectively.

    In that regard, Corporate Audit activities are designed to provide reasonable assurance that:

    • Resources and assets are adequately protected.
    • Significant financial, managerial and operating information is complete, accurate and reliable.
    • Employees’ actions are in compliance with Bank of America policies, standards, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

    Corporate Audit maintains independence and objectivity by reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Corporate Audit teammates cover all areas management culture that supports the Corporation's business objectives.

    A Day in the Life

    The Corporate Audit Analyst Program is a two-year developmental program in which participants rotate through assignments across Corporate Audit. This process helps teammates develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas within Corporate Audit and the Bank.

    As an analyst you will learn business processes, perform risk and control assessments and test to evaluate related controls. You’ll have the opportunity to work with and influence business partners regarding their control infrastructure as well as focus on technical skill development. In addition, you’ll work with audit teams to build subject matter expertise to support a more proactive and continuous audit approach.

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Developing core skills focused on audit practices, methodology and business expertise
    • Identifying key risks and controls within business processes
    • Independently executing audit testing and documentation
    • Assessing findings and issues for business impact
    • Team collaboration on assignments and specialized projects
    • Promoting a culture across the company where risk management is embraced as vital to achieving responsible growth

    Qualifications

    • Candidates are required to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program from an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates must have a final graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026.
    • GPA of 3.5 or higher in a 4.0 scale is preferred
    • Preferred areas of study include but are not limited to:

      • Economics
      • Computer Science
    • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt to change, desire to learn, be flexible and open minded. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to be decisive and committed to accomplishing tasks.
