The Strategy & Management Associate Program develops future leaders while engaging them in challenging and business critical assignments in non client facing roles. Recent MBA level candidates experience a two year rotational program in various areas of the Consumer Bank organization. Examples of these areas are Retail Banking,Preferred and Small Business, Global Marketing & Corporate Affairs.
Throughout this program, you will:
Experience on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship - your training and development is our top priority
Build, design and execute process solutions against business strategy
Apply your financial acumen and analytical skills to support a variety of projects as required by our customers and business leaders
Execute in roles such as Relationship Management, Business Support, Process Design, Client Management & Operations and many more
