    Our Co-op program will give you a chance to get real world business experience and build your network before graduation.

    You’ll be able to collaborate with industrial engineers, process engineers, packaging engineers, quality engineers, project leaders and operation leaders to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing systems for consumable plastic products for life science, medical device, laboratory, diagnostic and consumer product markets.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Co-op mentor in a manufacturing environment that will allow you to solidify knowledge of the fundamental concepts of IE, learn about the many different aspects of Manufacturing and work with Subject Matter Experts in other fields – Operators, PPI Group Members, QC, Safety, Mfg, etc.

    How You’ll Make a Difference:

    • Performing time studies to suggest productivity, efficiency and labor utilization improvements
    • Develop Operator Standard Work Instructions
    • Lead and support scrap reduction projects
    • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects (Kaizens)
    • Design ergonomically acceptable part presentation material handling devices
    • Support Supply Chain projects material flow implementation
    • Identify cost reduction opportunities

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education

    • Currently enrolled and have completed 2 years of Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Required GPA 3.0 or above.
