As the Customer Data Analysis Scholar, you will be working within the data management team and Customer Reference departments to aid in a developing and building a customer data profile.

The goal of this project is to create a complete customer profile using existing data, external data and available information to create a 360 profile of Infor existing customers. This information will be used to increase customer satisfaction and bring the customer experience to the next level through detailed data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze customer data relating to Infor Reference program and data needs

• Evaluating the data collected through internal systems, business process, surveys and workshops

• Determine gaps in customer master data, and improve consistency in data Data Mining and Analysis

• Providing suggestions/recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience based on data analysis

Scholar Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently enrolled students for the entire duration of the internship to qualify

• Preferred Majors: Data Science, Big Data, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Social/marketing Analytics

• Required GPA: 3.4 or higher

• Intermediate level of data management /Business Intelligence tools and Excel experience (Pivot Tables, V Lookup)

• A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity

• Demonstrated success presenting complex research data (qualitative and quantitative) in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations

• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
