  • Responsibilities

    The Sales Intern is responsible for selling Surecave's software to NYC area property managers and ensuring best in class performance by facilitating the onboarding process. The daily tasks and responsibilities include:

    • Setting sales goals within a defined customer segment
    • Proactively identifying customer needs/requirements
    • Working with business development and sales teams to build an account plan
    • Contribute to the company sales strategy by building and executing an active deal pipeline through phone, e-mail, and in-person outreach
    • Acting as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Surecave solution to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives
    • Delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with the customer directly from initial outreach through transaction execution and on-boarding
    • Iteratively performing competitive research on all services and solutions currently in the marketplace and revising the sales pitch to better differentiate the Surecave solution

  • Qualifications
    • At least two years of credit toward a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent at an elite undergraduate institution
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good knowledge of SaaS technology and IT generally
    • Prior internship experience (~10 weeks) in consulting, finance, or tech
    • Remote work possible
