    Ever wonder what you could do with your major at a Consumer Products company? Curious about how what a marketing or supply chain professional does in a global organization? Join us for a two-day intensive, interactive learning experience exclusively for high-performing Sophomores who want to gain deeper insights into the business world.

    Day 1: Learn from our leaders in function-specific workshops: Marketing at Hudson Yards in NYC and Supply Chain at The Hub in Clark, NJ.

    Day 2: Engage in a collaborative, cross-functional day of case studies, career exploration, and networking together at Hudson Yards in NYC.

    What’s In It For You:

    • Understand what it means to be consumer-centric by working through a real-world business challenge
    • Grow your own personal/professional network and learn how to market yourself for your future career
    • Gain exposure and insights into our summer internship program for rising seniors
    • Pick a track of your choosing to deep dive into a discipline

    Marketing Track:

    • Learn about the product development cycle, global and digital marketing
    • Get a glimpse into the worlds of brick and mortar retail vs. retail
    • Understand intersection between sales and marketing

    Supply Chain Track:

    • Learn how speed to market is a competitive advantage
    • Understand how we constantly improve our process to reach consumers
    • Learn how we utilize a consumer-centric strategy through ecommerce, planning, transportation, and distribution to deliver on-time shelf availability

    Who You Are:

    • Current Sophomores – Class of December 2019 or May 2020
    • Strong academically and have demonstrated leadership on-campus or personal life.
    • A creative spirit but grounded in analytical thinking.
    • Ability to solve complex issues, create new ideas and define new ways to move forward
    • You are currently in a 4-year BA/BS program, any major, at a university in the U.S.
    • Your GPA is 3.25 or above
    • You are authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent ongoing basis without requiring current or future sponsorship
    • Available to attend both seminar days

    Applicants must also provide a cover letter answering the following questions:

    • Tell us about a marketing campaign or supply chain strategy that you find to be innovative and why? please only write about the program you wish to attend.
    • Explain a leadership role you hold in your academic or extracurricular world.

    How Can You Apply? Complete the full application (including resume and short essays) by Wednesday, February 28. We will notify all Sophomores of their status by March 9.
