    The Corporate HR Digital Talent Management team is a center of excellence that works in service of all leaders and experts of our digital community across the 30 brands of L’Oreal USA. Our mission is to unleash the potential of this community, in the most inclusive and inspiring way, so they trailblaze the Beauty industry powered by tech. 

    Our Junior HR Associate position is a paid internship providing strategic and foundational HR experience in a global and matrixed organization. 

    We are looking for a candidate who has graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work min 40 hours per week.   

    If you are curious, self-started and strongly motivated to learn HR analytics, Talent Management strategies and processes, if you also have a drive to perform hands-on HR generalist tasks, working with industry leading HR reporting systems, you are it. 

    **Duties & Accountabilities **

    You will be responsible for: 

    • Extracting, auditing, reconciling and analyzing data across L’Oreal USA and specific CDMO (Chief Digital Marketing Office) Dashboards. 
    • Collaborate with HR People Analytics team to establish and analyze a Onedigital DE&I dashboard 
    • Contribute to establishing a process to maintain data integrity across the Onedigital HR community 
    • Develop a bank of consistently laid out job descriptions for the Digital functions to allow for business title/ leveling harmony across L’Oreal USA. 
    • Support the deployment of multiple projects across the OneDigital HR community. You will have the opportunity to take ownership across multiples projects while being supervised by your manager. 
    • HR Generalist duties for Junior Management Associates for CDMO which include onboarding new employees, managing HR workflows, facilitating employee moves, organizing new hires for orientation, preparing organizational charts, managing, and analyzing HR reports, prepping meeting materials, maintaining HR records, managing applicant flow and the interview process for junior Digital Talent. 
    • Administrative and compliance duties such as managing employee files and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee records, organizational charts, applicant flow records, announcements etc

     

    **Organization Structure and Key Working Relationships **

    In this role you will report into a manager of Corporate HR for Digital interacting with multiple teams across HR business units and centers of excellence. Your core mission will be to provide essential insights from data to support data driven decision making in HR for the digital community across L’Oreal USA. 

    **Qualifications & Requirements: **

    • Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months in education history  
    • Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality 
    • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure, as well as independently 
    • Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to form strong cross-functional relationships in cross cultural environment that require high emotional intelligence 
    • Have demonstrated use or interest for analytical skills – both using tools (ex. Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and problem solving/critical thinking skills 
    • Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
    • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling, and task management required
