We are looking for a forward-thinking and resilient individual with entrepreneurial spirit to join our emerging Analytics department. This individual would ensure all BI reports and data sets are populated with correct data, and being leveraged by the organization. Train users on existing self-service BI tools, as well as build out new data sets and data models for cross collaborative teams.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Deliver best-in-class analytical dashboards using Power BI
• Ownership and mastery of all data sources leveraged by NYX BI team, including shared national/global systems as well as databases created in house 
• Timely delivery of all ETL processes that feed downstream reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams in need of analytical assistance, not limited to historical shipments, brick and mortar consumption, online consumption, SKU-level analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with other brands and shared services on IT projects relating to BI
• Utilize available data to support cross-functional teams by identifying risk and opportunities
• Assist in building out meaningful stories to support sales and marketing initiatives and needs

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in an analytically focused role
• Advanced Excel knowledge required (pivot tables, formulas, automation)
• Hands-on experience developing data models and reports in Power BI using Power Query and DAX
• Hands-on experience working with relational databases/large datasets to derive insights and make recommendations
• Ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and excel in team and cross-functional environment
• Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
