    Title: Junior Digital Services & Innovation Associate (12-Month Internship)

    Department: Corporate Digital Marketing Office (CDMO)

    Location: New York, NY

    Job Summary: Support the L'Oréal USA Digital Services & Innovation teams, in analyzing and further defining the LUSA strategy of innovative and immersive brand experiences​. The Digital Services & Innovation 12-Month Intern will support in outlining opportunities, measurement, and scaling of online and offline digital services that aid in enhancing the consumer's experience with L'Oréal USA brands.

    Goal of the Position:

    • Gain a measurable view of how Digital Services can help brands grow at LUSA at the CDMO level
    • Learn to measure incrementality, market analysis, and craft strategic proposals
    • Help to scale best practices on Discoverability and Activation of new digital innovation initiatives
    • Provide research, data analysis and due diligence as needed on new and innovative ideas, Divisional presentations and conferences

    Key Job Accountabilities:

    • Project management, maintenance, and insight generation coming from helping to own a Cross-Functional Digital Services Dashboard, including additional analysis builds and leading a cross functional workstream to optimize and improve the Dashboard
    • Data analysis and storytelling around key discoverability and campaign activations, which will be shared with Digital Services and Innovation stakeholder communities
    • Assist in developing presentations - asset gathering, data gathering, competitive analyses, input, and alignment with brands
    • Assist with brand coordination during tests and pilots, aggregate reporting, and work with Innovation and Services leads to roll out learnings
    • Identify a white space in the Digital Services business and have the freedom to curate a solve
    • Research and provide due diligence on new vendors and help manage RFP responses
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business/division needs
    • Provide additional administrative support on an as-needed basis

    Required Skills/Experiences:

    • Undergraduate degree received within the last 12 months
    • Demonstrated understanding and experience with digital measurement and analytics
    • Living digital and knowledge of social media platforms
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated project management skills
    • Passion for consumer insights and storytelling
    • Creative writing skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented, collaborative approach
