    Our Junior HR Associate program is paid opportunity that requires a candidate who has graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work up to 40 hours per week. You will be provided with an opportunity to build a foundational knowledge in HR, work on challenging projects across teams, learn and be developed by our world class HR team, and gain exposure to our top talent and senior executives.

    Our Junior HR Associate Program has a multitude of roles all with their own unique responsibilities, but here are some of the experiences you might be interacting with depending on the role you apply for:

    • Employee Development: Assist teams who that are Managing careers by building relationships, providing counsel and identifying training opportunities for junior client group and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth.
    • Recruitment: Identify top candidates for interviews, participate in the interview process, manage our candidates' experience, master recruitment systems and platforms, and make recommendations on final recruitment decisions.
    • Succession Planning: Assist teams in planning our Talent Review meeting process with HR top management.
    • Organizational Effectiveness: Understand business objectives and implement organizational improvements by assisting teams that perform analysis of current structure and making recommendations for improvements.
    • Retention Strategies: Analyze internal and external data to make recommendations on employee retention strategies and execute program policies.
    • Employee Experience: Perform HR generalist duties such as facilitating employee moves, managing HR reports, and maintaining HR system data integrity.
  • Qualifications
    • Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, or related area.
    • Previous internship or Co-op experience in an office setting environment is a must – prior HR internship a plus
    • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
    • Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision
    • Well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point required
    • Ability to manage, prioritize multiple assignments and work efficiently while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes in direction
    • Flexibility to commute back and forth to to the location B20of the specific Junor HR Associate role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills and follow up skills
    • Strong customer service focus and ability to develop strong internal and external networks
    • Enthusiastic team player, creative/innovative thinker with a passion for process improvement
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment
    • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data and information on a regular basis
