    What You Will Learn:

    The role reports into Customer Data Activation Lead. The person will manage Email and SMS program - from ideation to execution to reporting on KPIs. The Email and SMS channels are major revenue drives so this position will impact the brand in a tangible way. The position will work cross-functionally with Ecom, Marketing, Social, other digital teams as well as the main vendor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM metrics including email marketing, mobile marketing and web marketing.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

    • Highly collaborative and organized self-starter

    • Affinity to technology with a creative eye

    • Affinity to skincare is a plus

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent project and time management skills; ability to effectively multi-task in deadline-oriented environment

    • Must have graduated within the past 12 months

    • Exposure to beauty/lifestyle and/or luxury/fashion retail is a plus

    • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    • Bachelor's degree in a marketing, digital, or analytical discipline

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with a CRM System (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target experience is a plus)

    • Basic familiarity with Google Analytics
