You are the engine that drives the Boosterthon program to success. You are responsible for executing our program with excellence! You lead the team on campus, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact the next generation of young leaders.

Program Leader Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership - You lead the Boosterthon Fun Run program on school campuses. You are responsible for all day-to-day program operations, communication, and details to ensure an incredible experience.

• Event Management - You lead the Pep Rally and Fun Run day experience, oversee team delegation, think through event details, and coordinate logistics.

• Team Leadership - You lead your team on campus to help create remarkable experiences for schools.

• Student Engagement - You creatively use resources and daily campus interactions to engage and inspire students. You get to be a role model for students!

• Engaging Communication - You communicate confidently and enthusiastically to positively engage parents, students, and faculty.

• Excellent Communication - Connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.

• Positive Attitude - Display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with students, clients, and team.

• Initiative - Demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

• Judgment - Strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Job Requirements:

• Embody Booster’s Core Qualities of being Enthusiastic, Professional, Relational, and Athletic.

• Reliable transportation is required for this role.

• Must be a licensed driver and pass Booster’s Motor Vehicle background check policy.

• Pass all required background checks for this position.

• Able to lift up to 45lbs.
