Responsibilities:

We are looking for talented, driven and passionate people who aspire to lead others in the I.T. world and are excited to join an early career program that offers robust hands-on development over a three-year duration. From day one, you will become an active member of our I.T. team with clear set of deliverables and accountabilities. As one of our class of 2022, you will also have regular opportunities to connect with peers from other Belden functional leadership programs as you participate in a highly interactive and action based learning curriculum. The content of this curriculum will be designed to build your knowledge of our core business systems, develop your business acumen, and create a strong foundation for your functional and leadership skills. Team members will also receive individualized feedback throughout the program along with the mentoring support of a leader in Belden.

Potential Rotations in Infrastructure (subject to change based on business needs):

LAN

• Develop switch basics
• Learn about IP addressing
• Learn about buildout of facilities infrastructure

WAN

• Learn about firewall basics
• Manage security certificates
• Learn about networking segmentation

Servers & Data Centers

• Learn about server specifications, acquisition, installation, and configuration
• Learn VMware basics
• Gain experience with Disaster recovery

Potential Rotations in Applications (subject to change based on business needs):

Business Analyst: Sales Operations

• Obtain SQL query and tools training
• Receive sales incentive training
• Learn about sales operations reporting

Business Analyst: Dashboard Analytics

• BI architecture database
• Business objectives and data services
• SQL stored procedures

Business Analyst: Web Projects

• Learn about CRM management
• Gain exposure to system architecture and overview
• Improve project management skills

Required Skills and Experience

• Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge
• Pursuing a bachelors in MIS, Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in the I.T. world
• At least two, relevant internships, or less than two years working experience is required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
