Gem is in beta mode with a launch of a revolutionary product in July 2018. We're looking for a highly-driven visionary and executor who can help build our Brand Ambassador Program. This person will be responsible for building an engaged and passionate community and following online and offline with the goal of driving early launch momentum and growth. Responsibilities include:

• Recruit brand ambassadors and campus reps
• Manage brand ambassador offline channels (hosting events, free sampling, product giveaway, swag, etc.)
• Manage brand ambassador online channels (reaching out to key influencers, sending free product, engaging on Instagram, email, Facebook, etc.)
• Build and implement channels to communicate with brand ambassadors
• Engage brand ambassadors and create communication channels for further engagement
• Help build, create & share as much user-generated content as possible related to Gem
• Work cross functionally with all of the founding women of Gem to think creatively and execute whatever awesome ideas you have to build and grow a passionate Gem community!

• Strong organization and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - thrives off of connecting and meeting with new people
• Relishes in the undefined - not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, dig into a good challenge, and manage new and undefined processes
• Experience driving engagement on social media (either as an influencer yourself or for other people/brands)
• Must be a candidate for a Bachelor's Degree or have a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in, or passionate for, the startup life and to wear multiple hats at once
