Sea Food Cookery Instructor - Catalina Sea Camp
The Seafood Cookery Instructor is responsible for developing a menu and will facilitate and teach campers (ages 8-17) to prepare the items on the menu. This will all take place 100 yards from the ocean in a well-equipped outdoor cooking area with an ocean view. The Seafood Cookery Instructor will assist the needs of the campers and assist in the supervision and facilitating of the programs, camp rules and regulations.

Located two and a half miles by water from the city of Avalon, Toyon Bay is a great place to spend the summer and enjoy summer camp. Originally built in 1929 as a private boarding school. Toyon boasts an ideal combination of land and sea for an amazing summer camp experience.
Toyon’s charming Spanish California architecture features comfortable dorms and fantastic indoor and outdoor dining facilities. Additionally, Toyon Bay has a private beach and pier, dive locker, state-of-the-art marine biology labs, shark petting tank, aquariums, display areas, and recreational facilities that are well integrated with the natural beauty of Catalina Island’s land and sea environments.
